Delivery: Most orders go out within 5 - 7 business days of receipt. A physical address is necessary for delivery unless "Walk-in Pickup" option is selected. Back-ordered items will be shipped when available at no additional shipping charge. Some items will require a seperate order with an additional shipping charge.
Damage in Transit: We pack every item as carefully as possible, but occasionally something may arrive damaged. If that happens, please retain all original packing material and notify us immediately. Please open packages immediately and report damage within 7 days of receipt.
Return Policy. Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we at MBCShop have a strict NO RETURNS AFTER 14 DAYS policy for any product. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund after 14 days.
